This page explains what we know about you, why, and who else handles it. In short: we collect only what we need to make your quiz, we don't sell it, and we don't track you around the internet.

What we collect

The details you put in the order form: your venue, its town and postcode, your name, your email, your quiz date, the colours, rounds and prizes you picked, and your logo if you add one. If you're the quizmaster, your host name, your quiz brand and which of your pubs share the same teams. If you sign in, what you save on your quiz page, like your regular quiz night and whether you'd like reminders, and any feedback you send us there. Anything you email us. Payment details go straight to Lemon Squeezy and we never see your card number.

Why we collect it

• To make and deliver your quiz. Your venue, colours, logo and rounds go into the file.
• To keep your quiz yours. Your town and postcode tell us where your quiz is played, so we can keep your questions away from other venues near you.
• To reply to you. Your email is how we send your quiz and answer your questions.

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare hosts this website and stores your order.
• Resend sends our emails.
• Lemon Squeezy takes card payments.
• Google runs our email inbox.
• Google Fonts supplies some of the lettering on this site, so your browser fetches those fonts from Google.

Each only gets what it needs to do that job. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else, and we don't use advertising trackers or analytics on this site.

Cookies

We only set cookies if you sign in. One keeps you signed in on that device for 60 days, and a second tells our pages you're signed in. Signing out removes both. We don't use cookies for adverts or tracking.

When you order, your browser keeps that venue's details on your own device, including your logo and prizes, so the form's already filled in next time. It also remembers the rounds you picked. We can't see any of that, and the "Clear my details" link on the order form removes it.

How long we keep it

For as long as you order quizzes from us. We also keep a record of which questions each venue has played, so we don't repeat them. Ask us and we'll delete your details. If you delete your account, any feedback you sent us stays, but without your email address.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@thequizshowco.com and we'll sort it within a month, usually much sooner. If you've signed in, you can also delete your account yourself from your quiz page.
