Refunds

Every quiz is made for your venue. Here's when you get your money back.

You get a full refund if

• Your quiz doesn't arrive at least a day before your quiz date, when you ordered at least two days ahead.
• The file won't run and we can't fix it before your quiz starts.
• You cancel at least two days before your quiz date. That's when we start making it.

Not paid yet? There's nothing to refund. Just reply to your confirmation email and we'll cancel the order.

After your quiz has arrived

Because it's made for you, we don't refund a quiz once it's been delivered and works. If a question, an answer, a spelling or your colours are wrong, tell us and we'll fix it and send it again.

How to ask

Email hello@thequizshowco.com with your order reference. Refunds go back to the card you paid with through Lemon Squeezy, and usually show within five to ten working days.
